I am a life-long resident of Vermont and a Veteran of the USAF. I have a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Substance Abuse and Addictions. I work with people of all ages – ranging from early “tweens” to older adults on challenges ranging from depression and anxiety to relational concerns, academic problems and parenting issues.
